The Desserterie concept was created by two native New Yorkers who desired the
same authentic flavor found in many bakeries and pastry shops throughout New
York. We have elegantly tailored our product line, under the direction of Pastry
Chef Pierre Tocco, to satisfy all of your dessert desires.
Pierre is a European trained pastry chef, with over 20 years experience. His local
experience includes The Jefferson Hotel, and most recently A Sharper Palate.
Although this site only showcases a glimpse of Pierre's extensive masterpieces,
you will quickly identify the artistry in each creation.
For your comfort, we have a large private outdoor patio that is partially covered so
you can enjoy the sun or shade. Bring your laptop and surf away using our free
wireless connection or just bring a friend or the entire family and enjoy one of our
board games. For the quiet times, bring a book or select from one of our
newspapers or magazines. We invite you to come visit our store and experience a
true authentic northern style dessert shop.
